Late Arrivals

We understand, life happens. If you're running late, please call us as soon as possible. If you happen to be running more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accomodate your full service. In this case, we will offer you a shorter service time or the option to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life gets busy and you may need to cancel your appointment. However, in the case of a short notice cancellation, (within 24 hours of your appointment time) you will be charged 50% of your service fee. No exceptions. 

No Show Policy

Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. We kindly ask that you please let us know if you need to cancel so that we can make your time slot available to other clients. If you are unable to make your appointment without cancelling, you will be charged in full for your service. No exceptions.
